INFUSION To make the tea – add 2 tspns to a pot with 1 litre water – let it boil then simmer for 20 minutes – strain and put into fridge drink warm with raw honey. ONLY TAKE 2 CUPs PER DAY

STEAM – put 28g of elecampane into a pan of 1 litre water – simmer until hot then remove from the cooker.  Cover the pan with a towel and when the water is not too hot inhale slowly and deeply for 5 to 10 minutes

WARNING excessive use can cause spasms, vomiting and diarrhoea – only take 1 cup of tea per day
